All sales are final. No refunds, ever. What you pay is added to your position permanently. It is never returned, transferred or reversed. Read this before you pay, not after.

What you are buying

A position on a public board and a permanent listing in Backlink Alley. Your position is the total of everything you have paid, ranked highest first. Paying again raises your position and nothing you have already paid is lost.

Outbound links on this site carry rel="sponsored", because they are paid placements and search engines require paid links to be marked as such. This site does not sell ranking influence or "SEO value". What you get is a permanent, public, crawlable billboard and the people who click through it.

User generated content

Listings are submitted by users. This site does not verify them and does not endorse them. A listing may name or depict a person who did not submit it.

We may remove any listing at any time, for any reason or none, without refund.

If a listing is about you and you want it gone, you do not have to pay anything. Report it and we will review it. Use the reporting route below or contact the agent directly. You do not need an account.

Reporting a listing

Send a report to POST /api/report with the listing id and a reason of not_me, defamatory, copyright or other, or email the address below. You will get a reference. Copyright reports are handled as DMCA notices.

A valid notice must identify the work, identify the material and where it is on this site, give your contact details, and include a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act.

Privacy

The notification email or phone you give when bidding is private. It is used to tell you when you have been passed, to send your receipt, and to give you the link back to your own listing. It is never shown on the site and never sold.

Everything else you submit, your name or handle, links, description and image, is public by design. That is the product.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never seen or stored by this site.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to pay for a listing, and you must have the right to submit what you submit.
